Welcome to Clear! I’m Nikki, and I am all about helping people to move house, sell up, adding others into property ownership and lots more since 2017. I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021.
Time is precious, and I would love for you to spend more of it where you want to be: in your new home, around your family, making memories instead of navigating a legal process. Let me take the weight off your mind with patience, manners and Clear explanations.
My working style reflects what I believe in - doing the right thing, without cutting corners! I collaborate with every party involved, and it causes completions.

Hi I am Ashley, and my initial experience in property developing and letting swiftly led me into 10 years of estate agency, helping buyers and sellers before they instruct a conveyancer. I have a strong background in customer service, which I combine with my property knowledge to provide exceptional client care to people just like you.
I now assist with conveyancing by being Clear clients’ first point of contact and helping them through the complexities of buying and selling property. I am full time support for Nikki, who ensures that each stage is handled efficiently and accurately for you.
Outside of work, I enjoy tackling DIY projects and spending time with family, making the most of the beautiful surroundings of The Malvern Hills.
