Our conveyancing service gives you everything a high street solicitor offers (all the good things, at least!). So, how are we cheaper? Because we deal with your case via phone and e-mail, so you benefit from our high level of service with low legal fees.
2. Telephone and e-mail support – 7 days a week
We understand that you may prefer to contact us outside normal office hours. You can e-mail us at any time, and get a response within 24 hours.
If you need to speak to us, our lines are open 7 days a week:
- Mon-Fri – 9:00am - 8:00pm
- Weekends – 9:30am - 4:00pm
3. No completion, no fee
If your sale, purchase or remortgage doesn’t complete, then we won't charge you a legal fee for our services.
Depending on what stage of the conveyancing process we've reached, you may have to pay us for costs we’ve incurred to use third party services, – such as local authority searches (because it costs us to do these things). However, the biggest single cost before completion is usually the legal fee, and you won't have to pay this if you don't complete your transaction - whatever the reason.
4. Convenience - no meetings required
Because we deal with the whole transaction via phone and e-mail, there will be no meetings for you to attend.
5. Progress reports at every stage
Your own dedicated account manager will keep you up-to-date with progress at every stage.
